Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the original condition they were received.
Final Sale
All sale items are final sale. This includes any item marked Sale, Final Sale, or Clearance.
Return Shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Original shipping, when paid, is non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the approved return. Please allow 3-5 business days after approval for your bank to post it.
Start A Return
- Email support@glossandgrit.shop with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and return authorization.
- Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.
