Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, with tags or packaging included when applicable.
Final Sale And Restricted Items
Items are final sale only when the product page clearly marks them Final Sale or Clearance, or when the item is opened or used beauty/hygiene, intimates/personal-care, or a gift card, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Return Shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Original shipping, when paid, is non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the approved return. Please allow 3-5 business days after approval for your bank to post it.
