Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging received. 
  • Pre-owned items must be returned in the same condition received.
  • Please try shoes on indoors only.
  • Beauty, hygiene, intimate, and personal care items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Opened or used beauty/hygiene items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

Return Shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for your bank to post it.
  • Original shipping (when paid) is non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. If inventory is limited, email us and we can try to hold the replacement for 48 hours.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Email support@glossandgrit.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, packaging, and the shipping label. We will make it right for you. 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@glossandgrit.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA (return authorization).
  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Marketplace Orders (eBay / Depop/ Poshmark)

If you purchased through another platform, please initiate the return within that platform so we can process it correctly.
