The giveaway begins July 11, 2026 and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside this period are void.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC who are at least 18 years old at entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and household or immediate-family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

No purchase is necessary. During the promotion period, follow @glossandgrit.shop on Instagram, subscribe or already be subscribed to the Gloss & Grit newsletter, and submit the official form with a valid email address and Instagram handle. Limit one base entry per person, email address, and Instagram account. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void.

After completing the required entry, an entrant may receive one bonus entry for one qualifying comment on the designated Instagram launch post and one bonus entry for sharing that post to an Instagram Story while tagging @glossandgrit.shop. Private accounts must send a screenshot by Instagram DM before the deadline. Maximum three entries per person, including the base entry.

One winner will receive one new, unopened Graart pink LED face-and-jaw mask. Approximate retail value: $159.99. Ordinary delivery within the eligible area is paid by the Sponsor. No cash redemption or winner-requested substitution is permitted. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.

On August 1, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner and two alternates from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Required steps and claimed bonuses may be verified before an award is final. The winner will be announced after verification and acceptance.

The potential winner will be contacted only from @glossandgrit.shop and/or support@glossandgrit.shop and must respond within 48 hours, confirm eligibility, provide a delivery address, and accept the prize. Gloss & Grit will never request payment, bank information, gift cards, or a purchase to claim the prize. Failure to respond or satisfy the rules may result in selection of an alternate.

Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and provide marketing emails consistent with the entrant's consent. A winner's first name and last initial or Instagram handle will be announced only with the winner's consent. Delivery information will be collected privately from the confirmed winner.

The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, deceptive, abusive, manipulated, automated, or inconsistent with these rules. If fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, or another event outside the Sponsor's reasonable control affects the promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if practical, award the prize from eligible entries received before the disruption.

By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility for the promotion and acknowledge that it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. The promotion is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, or Graart. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited.

These rules are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted dispute must be brought individually in a court with jurisdiction in Sarasota County, Florida.
