Shipping Policy
Gloss & Grit ships orders using a mix of in-house inventory and trusted partner fulfillment. Each product page shows the fulfillment source and estimated delivery window for that item before checkout.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of $30 or more are eligible for free U.S. shipping.
- In-house inventory: $5.99 flat rate per order unless free shipping applies.
- Partner-fulfilled items: $5.99 flat rate per order unless free shipping applies.
Processing And Delivery
- In-house items usually have 1-2 business days of processing, then ship in 3-6 business days with tracking.
- Partner-fulfilled items usually have 2-4 business days of processing, then ship in 5-10 business days with tracking.
- Orders with both in-house and partner-fulfilled items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Returns And Final Sale
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the original condition they were received.
Items are final sale only when the product page clearly marks them Final Sale or Clearance, or when the item is opened or used beauty/hygiene, intimates/personal-care, or a gift card, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
